First of all, congratulations. That took a lot of work. Now, to tone up the only way is to use your muscles. Walking, running will improve the tone in your legs. In the stomach area sit-up, crunches and leg raises will tighten that belly. If you do not have access to weights, then simple push up, pull ups and any other resistance exercise will work the upper body. Think low weight with more repetitions to begin with. You may be a little sore at first, but stick with it. You are worth the effort.
