I was dx with shingles on my back at 4 yrs old and in the past year have developed weird tingling and vaugue pain on the same area of my back- I am now 26.

Yes! Get to your doctor for the shingles vaccine ASAP. Although they generally strike people over 50, it is possible for anyone who has had chicken pox or shingles (they are the same virus) to have a recurrance. It's pure chance, but there was a piece on the news here about 10 days ago (I live in Washington state) about a man who was about 50-55 who had shingles after having had chicken pox as a kid, and it went on to discuss the vaccine and other treatments.

I hope it's not that. I had it last year and it's h e l l to go through. So painful. I'm sorry if you have it again. I was told I could get it twice. I told my doctor if I get it again, just shoot me!
