What can I do to get rid of this little belly that I'm starting to get, but have no time to exercize??? can I do it by simply staying away from certain foods and eating at certain times? Problem is, I have no time to get in the car and go to the health club, but I'm willing to change my diet....any suggestions?

You don't have to go to the health club to exercise, and you can't spot reduce.

Do some crunches and leg lifts every morning and every night.

Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Try to eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3g saturated fat and 3g sugars.

Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals.

If you don't wake up starving, you ate too much the day before.

Proper diet and exercsise is the best.
