I am 5`3 and weigh 125. That sounds like a lot more than it is because I am pretty muscular but I have an issue that is making me crazy. I believe its my posture thats the problem but I have this crease across my belly button that I cant seem to get rid of. Its not fat overhang. I do not really have enough fat to crease unless I am slouching. Should I start working out my back more? I have tried using a backbrace but then I read that its actually really bad for your core unless u need it...Help!

I totally understand this! I had this problem too! It seems to be from poor posture, yes. However, I have pretty much got rid of it! It only shows up now if I force it. All you need to do is become more fit and tone your stomach and back. Do crunches and extensions. Don't resort to a backbrace just stand tall and proud!
