after a while when i run my legs get sore! if i do squats and calf raises will my legs be strenghtened so i can run for longer? please help

For one, you could be pushing your body harder than what you should, so it protests what you are doing with pain. If you run, then you should start slowly, perhaps 3 times a week and work up from there, so your muscles will get used to the added use and you won't ache anymore.

It sounds as though you have started running from scrtach, without warming up, and that can lead to difficulties later on, such as pulling a tendon, so just take things slowly and slowly yourself up to where you can run for hours without needing to stop because of the pain. It's the way that professional athletes train.

Go for your leg massage. and that will help u more than any thing. Second thing walk daily for 1 hour. this will help you in running loger.
