While it is rue that cigarettes cause death, the nicotine also helps calm the nerves during stressful times, and also opne of the most addictive legal drugs that are sold legally.

For the nicotine, a stimulant, which is addiction forming: smokers start off to show off or to conform to some envisaged social requirements and standards, then get trapped into the habit!
