i picked a spot and it left a red mark and its still here now its really annoying ho can i get rid of it?

Well, the only thing that works for me is a antibiotic/scar remover cream and a band-aid. And no more picking.

I almost died after getting blood poisoning from picking a pimple when I was 13. See your doctor. Don't take chances.
I was in bed for a month, and should have been in bed another month, but I wanted to go to school.
