music. start with slow songs, moving forward to fast ones. Or watch a lot of English-Speaking cartoons, and a lot of TV series or drama such as Desperate Housewives, or CSI's or Gray's Anatomy. Those can help you "observe" the speakers on how they deliver their conversation.
As for writing, it will come naturally when you read a lot of interesting books in English. If you get bored, you will lose interest, therefore not learning anything.
To search for a book specializing in spoken and written english are quite useless without a hands-on approach.

May be you can consider to write a dairy everyday or write anything you want when you are free, things you are interested in, opions upon an issue... whatever....
For oral English, may be you must be brave enough to speak up. Talk more with people who speak in English, like yr classmates or colleagues or go to shop more and speak to the sales. Improve language takes time, can't say half year later you will make a big jump.

Its best to go over new words vocabulary and sentence structure daily. Repetition is the best way to learn. What helps me is listening to music to get the appropriate accent.
Learning a new language is an continuing and challenging process. Good Luck to you.

Your written English is fine on here...but you didn't complete your question...help you find ways to what?
Maybe improve your oral skills...to do that you just have to keep practicing it. I know I have been learning mandarin for years..it is difficult.
