Do the kernels of popcorn ever scrape your insides when you relieve yourself?

Happen once to me and I don't care to eat anymore popcorn!

Yes they do.
Is actually good ruffish for you. Almost like eating pumpkin, sunflower seeds, nuts they all clean out your lining of your intestine's. So I have been told.
So go ahead eat that popcorn.
