we are friends and i ask him to lend me some money he promise to do it uptil now he's not doing it and did not even tell me why .i'm scared pls.

why are you going around asking people for money??? everyone has money problems, you know? and how certain is he that his money will come back? people don't lend unless they are certain it will come back... you ought to plan a money budget for yourself and have the discipline to keep to it! if you really need the cash and it's for a good reason, why don't you ask your parents or siblings? but remember, it's NOT GOOD TO BORROW MONEY!!!
