Today, I got hungry and and picked up a muffin. I checked to see if there was anything on it. All clear. I took a bite. then broke it in half and was about to stuff another piece in my mouth until I see green moldy stuff on my banana nut muffin. I am now paranoid and need to know what to do! I heard some molds cause cancer and this is freaking me out! I drank a whole bottle of water as soon as I saw this. Can anybody HELP?

Pencilling does come from some mold, if you feel sick see a doctor right away, or throw up. At the store they have I think Epa-- for young child and it will bring everything out of your stomach.

lots of the time... you will no longer get ill from issues like that. You consume cheese.... good? nicely, it quite is moldy and technically healthy for you. if something genuinely does ensue than only bypass on your healthcare professional.

Relax. People have been eating mold accidentally (and on purpose...) for thousands of years. You won't get cancer or anything. Think of it as a bit of a penicillin dose...

Your body is very resilient. Mould on food is not as bad as you think it might be. Your bread has mould on it before you can see the mould. Your stomach acid is strong and will kill the mould in almost all circumstances. There are some nasty moulds that grow in damp places... the types that grow in wet basements or walls, and they can make you very sick, but green mould that you find in your food won't.

Dont stress! Its not like you ate a whole tub of mould! Your body would have had a reaction to it already if it were bad for you so just let nature take its course.

Don't you worry. It causes damage to those who eat regularly. You may drink a glass of lemon water.

Nothing bad is going to happen from that. I'm sure it was a nasty experience, but it's really not a big deal.
