They should have to wait until they are 18 yrs old. They can make better decisions when they are a young adult as opposed to a young child.

about 30 or 40 years later, your great-grandchildren would be studying about ex-President Superman who contributed the most in world peace, ex-Prime Minister Batman who solved the conflicts between ministers in Britain, Senator Mickey Mouse who won a Nobel prize, etc.
