"According to raisin manufacturers, raisins are made by drying freshly picked grapes in the sun for 2 to 3 weeks. No iron is added. One grape has the same amount of iron as one raisin. However, it takes about 4.5 pounds of grapes to make 1 pound of raisins."
Grapes do have iron according to this source.
Hope this helps :)

I may not be able to help you technically. However, when you say something doesn't have iron, doesn't mean it doesn't have iron at all. It has to be in the form absorbed by the body. Since raisins are dry fruits, the irom in grapes may get converted into the form suitable to supply iron due to the interaction with the weather during the drying process.
