She is 11 years old and carefyl, but during the summer months she will want to swim like all kids???

They make wax ear plugs for swimming. Those work well.

Walgreen's sells silicone earplugs that I used when my daughter had ear surgery. I still didn't let her put her head under the water or anything, but it was a great "better safe than sorry" precaution. They are very soft and press into the shape of the ear.

Ear plugs are avilable for the purpose of covering the membrane to prevent water ingress!

you can get her ear plugs or a swimmers cap thats what we did for our daughter.

buy something to cover her ear, i have the same problem. you can buy like swimmers have i dont know whats the name but she can use it to lesses the risk!
