i keep dreaming of all my family members thats died even the ones that passed on years ago, the dreams appear so real?

Subconsciously, you may be feeling a little down about people around you. You may be feeling rejected, not wanted. Dreaming of may family members dying could symbolize or mean a few things.
1. Give up - there may be something in life that you feel like giving up. You may feel left out and not getting love you wanted to. You may have some anxiety about your future and about people around you. In other words, you may feel insecure for that moment
2. Anger - if something came up lately about how you are against your family. Venting it out by having them as dying ones could also serve the purpose of your subconscious mind in dream even though you don't mean it in reality. Subconsciously, you just want to get it out.
3. Media effect - too much dramas, movies could also trigger this kind of dream. It is just a play back of what you experience in the movie

Dreams don't have to mean anything. They show you things from the past, present, and future. It could be an example of letting you know or reminding you that everyone is going to die and you have to accept that. Are you at a point in your life where your having problems with your family or something like that? Sometimes you dream about whatever your thinking of. It could be because of family stress or something else. Don't worry it doesn't mean your family is going to die. Just try to relax and find ways to relieve your stress.

You said that you dreamt about the dead ones? You did not say what they were doing or asking.
Usually this means that their souls are not at peace. They want someone to pray for them. They probably picked you because you could find someone on Yahoo answers to help. I've been through this before.
I could recommend a prayer.
"Eternal Father, I offer You the most precious blood of Thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the masses said throughout the world today for all Holy souls in purgatory but especially for.................." Here you mention the names of your beloved relatives. This prayer can be said several times a day.

I don't' know...you can say a prayer for them...go to church light a candle!
There are a lot of dreams that come from the bad one...he doesn't let us live in peace, he's attacking us...if we pray he doesn't have power to hurt us.
