Take Vitamin E internally (400 iu) and either apply Vitamin E on your scars or get some 'Rosa Mosqueta' (Chilean from the Andes) Rosehip Oil as this is supposed to be excellent for reducing scars. Another herb you can try internally for scar reduction is Gotu kola (Centella asiatica). It is said to even help remove or prevent tough keloid scars.

Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Buy some vitamin E tablets, break them open, and spread the jelly on the scars. It will reduce but not eliminate them.

i've had scars on my legs for awhile too... i've been using mederma for maybe 4-6 months.. and i think im seeing results.. very slow though. i'm going to start trying bandaging onion peels to my scars. i know it sounds weird... but i've heard many success stories, and onions are the main ingredient in mederma as well. who knows. good luck

Mederma is an inexpensive product you could try if you can't afford Strivectin. Strivectin is awesome though.
