if you only have 32 MB of ram, no xp will not run, at least not well. 32MB is a tiny amount. any computer with that little wouldn't be capable of doing much at all.
Do you possibly mean a 32 bit system? if that is the case, the xp designed for the common 32 bit system will run fine.
My good computer that just blew up, had 512MB of sdram, and that was often not enough. even this old win 98 computer I am using until I can get a decent one runs 256MB of ram, and is very limited in what it can do. hell, the old commodore 64s that were the rudimentary home computers had 64MB of ram, so what the heck kind of computer only has 32?

No Dude. XP needs atleast 128 MB Ram. So upgrade your system's MB to 128 MB Ram and enjoy the XP Edition
