I know of some things I am allergic to, but not all. I've ruled out everything I can think of and I am still having problems. I heard of a doctor that helps with these things, but I don't know how it works or what specific type of doctor to search for. (I don't have a G.P. at the moment, so I can't ask them.)

Keep a log of the type of food and plants you eat or have been around, then read the log and look for patterns.

The quicket way to kind out what you are alergic to is schedule an alergy test with your doctor.

Go to the Allergist. The test will include the average allergies that most people have. You also have an option to have other thing tested as well. I had one of these test when I was little. But they are really not that bad. Some itching is involved. It is just simply a skin test. But if you cannot do that keep a journal and in it write the time and what you ate or what you made contact with. Or even if you go outside (outside allergies). If you now that something causes things like breathing problems don't try it again. Trial and Error an be risky, so be careful. But your best bet is an allergist.

You go to an allergy doctor. They mark off a grid on your back or arm and put drops of different kinds of groups of things that people are likely allergic to. They make a little scratch in each drop. If the scratch turns into a red bump like a mosquito bite, then you are allergic to that substance group. After that the doctor will refine his result to find out what specific things you are allergic to. Find out first what this will cost and if your health insurance covers it. It can be expensive.

The specialist is called an Allergist. He/she will ask you all types of questions and based on your answers send you to the lab for blood tests to find out what type of allergies you have. If you do have allergies they can order a serum for injections to control the allergies.

Find an allergist and get tested. There are several different forms of allergy testing so you and the doctor will need to decide what is best for you.

find a gp who will probably send you to a allergy specialist, where they will do 1 of my different types of tests

The one i know of is that they get your arm and they make a plot on your arm, they then scratch up your skin a little bit and place what they think you might be allergic to, i think you leave it for a few hours then they look at what the area looks like

You need to see an allergist. They can test you for allergies in several ways:
one is a blood test
Another is a procedure where they inject small amounts of allergens under the skin in your forearm (it's not as bad as it sounds) to see what you react to.
Also, you should try to find a GP. You need to have one to follow your health.

You would need to see an allergist about getting skin tests done. You would need to be referred to one through a GP though. I found out my allergies by accident (eating something and reacting or taking a pill and reacting etc.)
