The NV3 can record/ play MPEG-4 TVD at 720x480 at 20 fps and VGA 640x480 at 30 fps. You can even hook up the NV3 to an external speaker. That's one geeky camera! I like it!
The Olympus Stylus 710 only records VGA at 15 fps (QuickTime format, using the M-JPEG codec) It has built in speakers, so you should be good to go at those settings. Just convert your movies into that format, copy them into the proper folder on your memory card, and pop it in the camera.
There are no guarantees however - and there's no reason to assume - that you can also play back video at a higher frame rate or in a different format. The cameras firmware probably wouldn't know what to do with mpeg4, for example. Give it a try though!
