As part of a healthy diet they should be able to prevent cancer because they are rich in cancer-preventing antioxidants, such as phytoalbumins and anthocyanosides. Enjoy them.
I wouldn't be surprised if we find Dragon Fruit Juice alongside Noni Juice and Mangosteen Juice in Health food stores in the near future.

Yes, but only in dragons, or if you soak them in plutonium. Then they can cause cancer in anything.

Just because people with hiv/aids grow it in a commune, doesn't mean it causes cancer, they grow it because it to help combat the cancers they get from thier disease.
