Too many sweets the furit and the milk is OK. I would try a smoothy or a shake and a vitamin... The trick is to make exercise work for you not you work for the exercise.
Try veggies Buy V8 or some type of salad or greens like spinach or mustards and turnups. Avoid fast food fries hamburgers and just try to get your mind off the workout... So what...Think like that and go for a social event movie or a date...

Don't have milk after the fruit or the fruit after the milk.The substance inside them will combine and form harmful substances and cause kidney cancer.Have the fruit or the milk at least one hour after one another.That is why many dieticians object some types of milkshakes.
With that in mind,u can eat wutever u like after the gym.
