You have to search on your own, there are many more Indian dog sellers who have chihuahuas for sale

1) The correct spelling is CHIHUAHUA.
2) Are you sure you want this breed? I do suggest researching the Chihuahua a bit further - you didn't even know how to spell the breed.
3) The cost of a HIGH QUALITY Chihuahua from a REPUTABLE BREEDER (reputable meaning; screens sire and dam of hereditary diseases, shows the sire and dam regularly, offers a life time health guarantee, pedigree etc.) is APPROX. 67,000 INR*.
4) To find a reputable breeder, you need to call someone from the Kennel Club in India. The KCI (Kennel Club India) website is http://www.thekci.org/home.aspx and the phone number is ISO 9001-2000.
* I'm assuming that India uses the INR currency.
