This isn't a pick up line.. But work for me very time in the pub
Bring a chair from ur table across to hers and place it beside her. Pointing at the chair and ask her politly " Is this chair taken?". Sit down and take out an ice and knock it using ur mug, When she ask you want you were doing reply cooly "I am breaking the ice".
