No the hymen broken stays broken... Some pay whopping thousands to be virgins again...this custom gets lots of position in marriage customs to reconstruct in India I believe.
My man said long time not having sex makes the muscles tighten up to feel like a first time. There is never another first time. The bleeding is a mystery in the older woman...to bleed or not to bleed at 16 or older...body too young or body too old with child or without...There is not a third eye charm in this...IT IS ABOUT the relationship and sexually transmitted diseases...If she waited for you or not How is the relationship healthy or not I feel it is a matter do you want to share this break this or make this relationship go to the next level...

Look,If any girl had a sex and the Hymen will break
BUT it WILL NOT reconstruct again
Hymen will be present, if the girl didn't have sex
BUT NOT RECONSTRUCTION OF HYMEN AGAIN OK, EXCEPT make reconstruction by surgery

Once you break the hymen, it never comes back. But if you don't have sex for a long time your vagina will get tighter, especially if you do Kegel exercises.

It doesn't grow back on it's own.
You can have it surgically reconstructed but what's the point?
Once you've had sexual intercourse and lost your virginity, there's no way to take it back.

Hahaha! No, sorry! That is physically impossible. But if it wasn't completely traumatized (broken) then it may still be intact enough to seem like it has regrown.
