Sure he could after all he was a demi-god, they do all kinds of things a normal person wouldn't/couldn't. But as to whether he did, I've never come across anything saying he did.

What a weird question - there's no record or even a suggestion that He ever did any such thing. Presumably as the Son of God, He could have if He wanted to; but that would be a freak show, not spreading the Good News.
There *have* been cases of males with functioning mammary tissue, however, so it's not totally impossible.

Jesus performed many miracles. He walked on water and turned 12 baskets into food sources of bread fish and wine to feed 5,000 people.
All the evidence indicates that he *COULD* have performed the breastfeeding miracle had he felt it was necessary at some point. There is no evidence that he actually DID though.
