I have a stash of these wonderful Passion Fruit nectars by Epicure. Any good recipe that i can use to turn it into something wonderful?

You could make passionfruit cheese cake, little passionfruit jellies, make passionfruit pannacotta, passionfruit icecream or use it as a topping for icecream, top a pavlova with it, fold it through some cream and fill a sponge cake or roulade, make some shortbread cookies and stick them together with passionfruit icing, tip it over some fruit salad or fold it through some yoghurt, freeze it into little cubes and put them in a punch, or make a slushy drink.............
Does that give you some inspiration?!?

Passion Fruit nectar is great in fruit salad, yoghurt or if your old enough, cocktails. Vodka, pineapple juice, peach schnapps and passion fruit tastes beautiful

Well you can have it with drinks, i usually add it with fruit sallads. With some alcahol it is a great mixer.
