For a public health worker, other than the Philippine EPI recommended vaccines given to you when you were a child, Hepatitis B vacaccine is definitely a must if you do not have it yet. And if you did get hep B vaccines, check to see if you already need a booster. Same with tetanus (need a booster every 10 years). If you have extra cash then get flu vaccine but this vaccine changes yearly so you have to get it every year.
