Im 6'3" and 250 pounds. Techically im obese acording to my body-mass-index, but people tell me i dont look fat.

I have just quit smoking and am eating twice as much food as normal, but I have also been going to the gym 3 times a week for the past month and doubled my strength. I also run 2 -3 times a week cross country through hilly bushland.

Im overweight, but hopefully not for too much longer, I really want a cigarette too after writing this.

I am not fat, although my abs are not rock hard. Just wanted to say that my boyfriend was weighty and he lost sixty kilo's (thats a whole one of me!) by sorting out his diet. He stopped eating meat, smoking weed and drinking and started going to the gym five days a week. It took two years, but it says something about a person if they can do that. He is sexy as hell, I love his muscles, and is a whole lot happier and more confident for it. His whole life turned around after he lost the weight, and I admire his persistance. It gives me confidence that in other areas of life he will apply the same spirit.

I'm 5 feet tall and 240 pounds. I'm starting new eating habits (once again) on Feb 1st.

I have dieted my whole life and instead of maintaining my weight or losing, I have gained and gained. But NO MORE. This time I will lose it and keep it off FOR GOOD.

I know how to lose the weight, eat right and exercise, now I just need to apply myself and DO IT !

Three Cheers for HEALTH!

I'm 5'5 or 5'6 (Depending on which calculator I use :P 171cm.), and weight about 290lbs.

I don't like the way I look or feel at this weight, and am working hard on losing weight. Eating better, exercising more etc etc.

I hate my weight. I would love to lose forty lbs....All my friends say I look 'fine' but I hate it. I am used to being a twig and I loved to be able to put on anything and throw on layers of cloths, and I love the way I feel light on my feet, but not now...and no, not happy.

6'1" 270lbs. Yes I'm fat but many people don't believe I weigh as much as I do. If I could or would lose 50lbs. I would be very fit looking.
