Verses to read when the bad stuff (and the person responsible for it) seem to overwhelm your mind:
John 14:27 {spoken by Jesus} Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.
Mark 9:42 {also spoken by Jesus} But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea.
John 10:1-11 (link below).
Be strong, Lolo. Ask God for strength and hope. He will give them.

Well even if you want to cut you know that it is not the best way of coping with anything that has happen to you in your life, so please do not cut, call the crisis line if you have too, or go and sit in and er waiting room to stay safe, do anything you have to so you will not cut and still be safe. Then in the morning call and get an appointment with a doctor , and then call and get an intake with a therapist, and go and get what ever is going on with you worked out, and learn some new coping skills, cause cutting is not a good coping skill, and you will only learn that it last for shorter and shorter time, and so you have to cut more and more, to get the same relief that you once got long ago. So please call the crisis line and talk with them, or watch a funny movie, or go and see a friend, or call a friend, or go to an er to keep yourself safe from cutting.

Please don't start cutting again. You know how addictive it can be, and making it just this far is an accomplishment. There is a sweet site you should check out, its www.recoveryourlife.com it has alot of tips on how to avoid cutting and stuff, plus it also has a chat and a forum with member who are cutting and want to stop, those who have stopped and don't want to go back, and those who have stopped and are there to help others. So, there are alot of ppl there that can relate to you. It is a great site with tips and advice, and parts for loved ones of cutters and so on. You should definetely check this site out. BTW if you want to talk or vent anytime you can email me or get me at YIM: juleeandsarah@yahoo.com AIM: apprehensivehope@aol.com or MSN: rockfansw@hotmail.com I personally am currently a cutter and know exactly where you are coming from, so if you need to talk feel free to contact me. I'm told holding ice helps. You may want to try that. I wish I knew more to say. I hope you manage to get past it. You are worth more than you know.

Don't.
I understand it's like an addiction. The fact is that it's unhealthy and looking back on it psychologically disturbing.
Don't.
