His grave is right nest to a small pyramid. Do you find it odd that the JWs denounce the mason and on of its founders was a mason?

Witnesses do not "denounce" anything or anyone, not are they devoted to any human.

Incidentally, Russell himself explicitly denied that he was a member of freemasonry at least a dozen times in writing.

It's not odd at all. In fact, we all hope that everyone takes a serious look at what their teachings are based on, weigh them against the Bible then make improvements. It is hoped that clarification of God's thoughts improve even more. Not just for JWs, but for everyone. C.T. Russel, Mary Baker Eddy, Constantine, Joseph Smith & everyone else that motivated people were themselves imperfect people that were prone to error. Jesus Christ is perfect. Getting closer to his teachings is a definite improvement. Whether a JW or otherwise, improvement is better than growing stagnant. Satan is the ruler of this world and all of us have been exposed to his falsehoods. Whatever you percieve the truth to be, the honest hearted and teachable ones are what Jesus Christ approves of.

We all had to make adjustments in our lives before we came into the truth. We all have had to make changes in our lives.
What was the Apostle Paul before he became one of Jesus's followers?

Persecution, Conversion, Early Ministry. The Biblical record introduces Saul, or Paul, as the “young man” at whose feet the false witnesses who stoned Christ’s disciple Stephen laid their outer garments. (Ac 6:13; 7:58) Paul approved of the murder of Stephen and, because of misdirected zeal for tradition, began a campaign of vicious persecution against Christ’s followers. When they were to be executed, he voted against them. At the time of their trial in synagogues, he endeavored to force them to recant. He extended his persecution to cities other than Jerusalem and even procured written authorization from the high priest to search out disciples of Christ as far N as Damascus, in Syria, and to bind them and bring them to Jerusalem, probably for trial by the Sanhedrin.—Ac 8:1, 3; 9:1, 2; 26:10, 11; Ga 1:13, 14.

hm, well I know my friend was a Very Violent boxer before becoming a Witness, What's your point. And Jesus' disciples were many things before following him. King David at one point had a man killed so he could have Bathsheeba to himself. We all have changes to make to serve Jehovah.

Doesn't surprise me any. Part of the Illuminati plot to keep even the people of good moral character distracted away from the real issues.

They will continue to deny that MANY of their rituals are found in the Rites of masonry.
By the way - Masonry at it's highest levels is the worship of Lucifer. Albert Pike revealed this and many other Luciferian doctrines imparted to and incorporated into masonry.
