What do you know about the tablet duromine, is it effective in helping one loose weight?

I have decided to take it but i am not sure about the side effects or does it help in losing weight? can anyone help me with some actual information on duromine.

I'm sure that you can loose weight with good medicine. But you will loose weight only if you:
- eat less
- exercise more
It's only a question of energy: You Must Expend More Than You Get ! Then:
- eat less
- exercise more
