Lotsa questions- i'd really like to know the answers.
Why did Jesus die for human's sins? God created sins didn't he? I mean, he created us, so it makes no sense to send his son down to earth to die for something he'd created!
And I've never got a proper answer for this:
If God really loved us-then why does he let people murder eachother. Why does he let wars occur. Why does he allow pollution and all the rest of it to kill all the animals?? That doesn't sound like love.
Oh yeah, and why doesn't he send all races to heaven? Why doesn't he let all religions, and all types of people (even murderers and the like) go to heaven? Isn't he supposed to love EVERYbody??
Please answer, thanks

God says: Honor your mother and father. What if they are drunken druggies who rape you and abuse you.
And are you saying that all the other religions are full of ****? That the people are dumn and should realize jesus christ is real- not their God.

freshblis, you say that anyone can go into heaven as long as they are truly sorry for what they have done. Are we meant to go through our whole life just regretting things? Does he want us to waste our life feeling sorry for every little bad thing we do???

I still don't understand why Jesus had to die for us. If he hadn't died- what would have happened?

I believe the basic message is this:
God created us and gave us the freedom and ability to be kind and generous to each other. But he also made us so we get sick and die. If you read the Bible you find out that at regular intervals he gets really pissed off that people are messing up, ignoring him, hurting each other. So he wipes some people out, or favor some over others, or threatens to wipe us all out.

So one day he is really riled up and the spirit of his son says, "Dad, you know, you go on and on about this, and it gets pretty old. Tell you what, let me go down there and check it out, and we can both get a handle on this."

So Jesus is born on Earth and he lives his life and is able to bring a lot of love and hope to people, But not everyone gets his message and some are as angry and vengeful as ever and so they string him up. He's still a pretty young guy.

The thing is...he GETS it. Back up the in the sweet by and by he says to the Big Guy, "Hey! Chill! I personally think it's time you backed off on these humans. I went down there and did the human thing. You have never done that. And let me tell you, it's HARD, even without people beating and crucifying you. So let's say you ease up. Forgive them, father, for they know not what they do. OK?" And because he could walk the walk and talk the talk we humans have got off easier than we might have. Maybe we even have everlasting life and other good things. Hard to tell since nobody much but Jesus has come back to talk about it.

Like the guy above says, its a story, but a pretty good one. What goes around comes around. So watch out where you plant that next crown of thorns.

OK, just a few....
I have no idea why Jesus had to die
But I do know that if you follow the stuff that he talks about, that your life here on earth will be pretty decent. Those things he talks about....being good to folks, not stealing, etc, those are pretty universal.
People can murder one another because we have free will.
See God loved us...which is why he gave it to us...
Look at it this way...if you force someone to love you, is that love worth anything? no, not really....so he gave us the choice of following his rules, or not. And if we don't, there are some serious consequences.....yeah, you might end up in Jail....
But then again, you just might feel like a heel - and lets face it, that's not so great either.
And that free will - we'll WE create the pollution, the wars, etc.
That is totally due to a lack of mans love for one another
And I don't know who gave you the idea that not all races go to heaven, but they were wrong.
And anyone can get into heaven as long as they are truly sorry for what they have done, so yes, even murderers can get into heaven.
I suspect that there are more than a few atheists in heaven -
because while they might not know they are children of god, he does.

Added a few moments later after comment:
I've known a lot of people with very sick parents, myself included. However, I think people suffer a "hole in the heart" if they try to avoid/bury the pain they have suffered by abuse. So I dont suggest that. Honoring your parents doesnt mean putting them on a pedestal, especially if they dont deserve it - it means acknowledging them for who they are - sick people - and trying to balance compassion for them while protecting yourself.

I have to go back and read what you wrote, then re-post
As far as "do we have to feel sorry our whole lives...."
No, I think the entire message of Judeo-Christian principles says that God can forgive anything - its US that cant ever seemingly forgive - and that if we realize that something as HUGE as God could forgive us, then who are we NOT to - that we dont have to feel guilty for every little thing that we do wrong - we simply have to have the attitude of "ok, I'm sorry I did that, I've learned from it, I'll handle the situation better next time...."(the thing being, y'know, you cant make the same mistakes every week, like cheating on the wife, and go to church on Sunday and expect to be washed white as snow if you plan to do the same thing again on Monday....thats just wrong)

Oh, and BTW - as an agnostic that has studied spiritual principles for the last 20 years.....I dont think that any religion is "full of crap" - its the principles that are important, not the source. There would be a lot less hate on the planet if people talkad about thier similarities and not thier differences.

Wow how do we answer a complex question like that? Jesus died for human sins because that was the only way to make peace between God and man. The reason all religions do not go to heaven is because Jesus said no one comes to the Father except through Him. If the other religions reject Jesus they reject the only way to God. God commanded that we take care of the earth, when sin entered the world all wars , murder and other things entered as well. God could stop it but what obligation is there that He stop it. His creation was mared by our sin and He is under no obligation to do anything to stop it, or even allow any of us in heaven. His grace is that we can be saved. No person kills outside the knoledge of God and no person kills another without the option to not kill. As to races, God says every tribe and people will be represented in heaven.

Rom 3:10-18
None is righteous , no, not one;
11 no one understands;
no one seeks for God.
12 All have turned aside; together they have become worthless;
no one does good,
not even one."
13 "Their throat is an open grave;
they use their tongues to deceive."
"The venom of asps is under their lips."
14 "Their mouth is full of curses and bitterness."
15 "Their feet are swift to shed blood;
16 in their paths are ruin and misery,
17 and the way of peace they have not known."
18 "There is no fear of God before their eyes.
ESV

The fact that people are evil IS evidence of God because their sin is a clear demonstration that the verses I quoted are true. You have many good questions and space is small, but know this you will find many of these answers if you seek Him with your whole heart. He can be found if you are honest and ask Him to show you His truth! God Bless!

God did not create sin. Sin is not in His nature. Lucifer had pride in his position and wanted to overthrow God; that was the first sin - and Lucifer was thrown out of heaven.
Jesus came as God the Son, with God's perfect blood in His veins. The sacrifice was so that imperfect man would have a way back to perfect God, through the righteous offering of Jesus.
The whole earth belongs to Satan, since the Garden of Eden when Eve ate the fruit after being misled and tricked by Satan.
The wars you see and pollution are the effects of the fallen world; sin and the penalty for it is death. So there are murders, and crime and people kicking each other over who is right.
No other religion says that Jesus is the ONLY way. If GOD let everybody in heaven, then they'd all be right;but since some say you can work your way to God and some say you can kill and some say that science and logic says we don't need God at all - well, they CAN't all be right, now can they?
If God is perfect and can't abide sin, then ALL are doomed who try in their own strength or just deny Him; He may love them, but they refuse His offer to reconcile with them.
His offer is Jesus, the ONLY way to see the Father- ever.

God did not create sin. He gave humans a free will to choose. Yes Jesus died for all of man's sins. Man is responsible for the earth because God gave man dominion over it through Adam.Salvation is available to all races and to all sinners including murderers. He does love everyone and that is why He sent Jesus to die and pay the price for their sins so that everyone can have a chance to go to heaven and know His love.

Will try to say this in simple terminology. God gave mankind free will to make choices. We have made pretty bad ones over the years. God sent his Son to die for the choices we made that were against his teachings or laws(sins). God did proclaim to be a just and loving God, but he also stated many times that he is also a vengeful God, and will punish those who do not follow his will. We want to portray God as WE would like him to be, all loving, all forgiving. God does not work or think on our ideas of what he should be like. I guess he thinks we should following his terms not him following ours.

1. He died to pay our penalty for our sins, not for our sins themselves, there is a difference.
2. No, God created human beings and the angels. He gave human beings the capacity for free will, which must include the capacity to choose to do evil.
3. God's perfect will does not want us to murder each other. He allows us to make our own choices (hence free will) and oftentimes we as humans choose the wrong thing, like murder.
4. Again, he allows for it because of free will. It is human GREED that pollutes the Earth, God would not have it this way.
5. The Bible says that Heaven will contain all races, all tongues, all tribes and all creeds that have chosen to follow Jesus Christ.

Yes, God loves us. Now picture this, if you tell someone that you love them, and they tell you "get away from me I hate you," do you FORCE them to love you back, or do you let them choose their own path?

See romans 1-19/21, all things from creation have been shown all there is to know of God, even unto his eternal power and Godhead. But we did not appreciate what we had. After many lifetimes of pain and suffering seeking to know and experience the Esoteric knowledge of God, when we return to God, having been wrought to perfection, we will be the perfect vessel to express his perfection. Which son appreciated the father more, the one who remained with the father or after experiencing the hardships of the world,the prodigal son??

You are addressing Christians so I can only surmise that you want an answer that comes from the Bible. And your questions can't be answered in a post on a message board. Because the answers are complex, and spread throughout the Bible. They can't be found in a verse here or a verse there. That is why people devote their lives to studying it. Theologians, scholars, professors, and clergy devote years to study in order to obtain answers to your questions, and to explain them. If you really want to know, my only suggestion would be to start reading. And rereading. You can finish the entire book in a year if you're really determined and dedicated.
