Firstly start taking protein rich diet.Since u r underweight u can also take fats such as butter,cheese etc.
Your breakfast should comprise of 2bread slices with butter.1milk shake-strawberry or any other flavour.
Lunch 3-4 chappatis,1 bowl dal,vegetable.Add soyabean in ur vegetable.
Take milk shake 2-3 times in a day.
Evening snacks-2-3 bread,cheese,milk shake.
Join a GYM.It is the best thing.Always start with light weights.For 1 year atleast.Never do heavy weights.Within 3-4 months u will start developing confidence in yourself.Best of luck!

In my opinion good health is more important than worrying about being fat or thin. I suggest you to drink milk atleast thrice daily. Eat food at regular intervals and drink atleast six glasses of water daily. You must sleep for atleast eight hours during the night. Also remember that it is very easy to gain extra weight but it is a real pain to reduce extra weight.

hi friend,dont worry da i will tell u one good idea,if you follow this,you will become fat,daily morning you drink one glass of milk added with two teaspoons of honey,ok da,all the best to become fat.
