"Sleeping with someone" is an euphemism, some others for having sex include "knocking boots," "doing it," "getting down," and others. Basically, most sex occurs in a bed, and generally speaking after sex, the two people will sleep together in the same bed.

Saying 'sleeping with someone' sounds less scandalous and a bit formal.so it's generally used.besides having sex is a healthy sort of exercise.so it tires u and generally sleep together after that particularly since sex is done at night.

No, "Sleeping with someone" means having sex with them. It's a euphemism. Like saying "Look at that sunset" when you're really watching the earth rotate, the sun isn't moving.
