I myself suffer from epilepsy, insomnia and anxiety and also feel like a walking pill factory. People may say that these drugs are addictive but they are also effective in controlling conditions especially siezures. A lack of sleep can increase the amount or strength of the siezures causing a little or a lot of brain damage to certain areas of your brain, so I would say that the pills prescribed do you more good than harm although you can talk to your neurologist as he might prescribe alternatives that are more benificial.

Quit using them altogether. You will get hooked. Try to limit what you take each day to half. You could easily drop the insomnia meds. Just read up about easy ways of falling asleep and foods that have a sleepy effect on you.

It is possible to wean yourself off some of those medications if you are willing to make positive changes in your diet/lifestyle. See your doctor and tell him how you feel about all these pills. A lot of doctors are real heavy handed with the prescriptions nowadays as they often get kickbacks and perks from drug companies for prescribing certain things. Please do not discontinue any prescribed medications without the OK from your doctor.

That's because you are! Those are some harmful meds. I hope they were all prescribed by your doctor. They all have side effects and taken together have even more effects.

Imagine if you were alive before pharmecuticals were given for these symptoms...you would have to depend on some shaman or something. You'd probably just start smoking pot. HEY! That's an idea. For real, just start smoking pot.

Calcium in your diet will sort all of that out. Take a supplement if you need to but get more of it into your diet.
