Hi-- I'm another person who can relate!

One thing to do is to NOT bring those sweeties into your house and have a bunch of healthier snacks around instead.... fruit smoothies are great, and so are raw nuts... you can make a really tasty "candy bar" from raw nuts, dates (minus the pips), celtic sea salt, a little almond butter, and a tablespoon of honey. Use a couple of tablespoons of each of the above... play around until you get the proportion you like... and blend them up together (I use a VitaMix that I inherited). Then make them into small balls or candy bar shapes, and put them into the freezer. Pop one into your mouth and you will be astonished at how tasty they are-- without processed sugars and transfatty acids, too! They ARE addictive (as anything sweet is for us sweet-addicts), so eat sparingly, but feel fairly virtuous because you are actually getting some healthy benefits from this sweet.

Another method to overcome the sweetie addiction is to practice e f t You can read the articles on line that will explain why this ener gy tec hnique is so successful. Easy to do!

two solutions
1: stop buying junk food,
2: throw out your pc, and tv

Oh, and learn some discipline, you'll find that you will need it in other areas
