Here is the easiest way to find out... but the looks of it your set.. the only part I would think of upgrading is your 1gig of ram. Windows Vista is going to be a memory hog other than that your good to go. Check here and let Microsoft do the work for you...

Hope that helps

according to microsoft your computer should have the following configuration for it to run the basic version of Vista:

Processor 800 MHz
Memory 512 MB RAM
Graphics card DirectX 9 capable
Graphics memory N/A
HDD capacity 20 GB
HDD free space 15 GB
Other drives CD-ROM or DVD-ROM

To run the Vista Ultimate version however - the processor and memory will have to be upped. U will need atleast 1GB of ram and also 128MB of graphics memory. HDD capacity of 40 GB will be needed. Also a DVD-RW drive will be needed.

Hope that helps!

Cheers!!!

That should be premium ready.
A Windows Vista Premium Ready PC includes at least:

* 1 GHz 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor¹).
* 1 GB of system memory.
* Support for DirectX 9 graphics with a WDDM driver, 128 MB of graphics memory (minimum)², Pixel Shader 2.0 and 32 bits per pixel.
* 40 GB of hard drive capacity with 15 GB free space.
* DVD-ROM Drive³.
* Audio output capability.
* Internet access capability.

Check out Windows.com and see the Vista upgrade center it has a tester on there to see if your machine will work.
