everytine i get close we have reason not to be together its happend three times now the first he went out with another girl and now he says he has exams , and now were just good friends but we never talk in person

no, because i think that guy must having another relationship with another person and thats why he cant be together with you. maybe he is a very loyal to her gf, or maybe he not interested in you..maybe gay or sumthing but sumtime we can be the third person..if u want him go get to him first before its too late..it depent on you..ha2 best of luck

hi sweetie. well i have lernt that the best relationships take time to develop. The best thing you have to back you up is the fact that yr good friends. Relationships are based on friendship so hang in there a little longer. if it doesn't work then at least you still have a great friend. Very best wishs to you!!
