I know this girl a little, we actually had a good conversation at a bar, so we know each other a little I want to ask her out for the first time and cook for her. Is it a good idea?

In my personal opinion I think it's a great idea and I think it's very sweet because you'll be putting in some effort with a personal touch on the date. Just be yourself, ask her the way you want to ask her. If you have come up with a good idea for a first date, im sure you have a great original idea on how to ask her. :-) GOd bless you.

well 2 ways to look at thta: if you cook for her it will show her your loving nurturing side and would be great for her to get to try your food. HOWEVER on a first date if you askin her to your place so you can cook it gonna look very presumptuous like you wanna have sex. a first date should be in public like a movie or something. save the dinner at home for later.

Only if you can cook. Nothing worse than a badly prepared meal. I'd ask her out like you normally would--mention you find her attractive or intriguing and ask if you could be privileged enough to cook for her.

I think it is a great idea if you are not expecting something in return for that dinner. You making dinner with your own hands is more special then picking out a restaurant if you ask me. Just make sure it is something that is special not just macaroni and cheese out of a box lol.

Absolutely! I think it is a very warm thing for you to do. If you live in a warm climate and want to grill, that's always good too. Just call her and tell her that you really enjoyed talking with her and would like to invite her over for dinner. Also, tell her what you were planning on making and see what her reaction is. I mean, just in case she is a vegetarian. Good luck!

Well,cook food for your special someone is really agood idea most especially if it is your first date.....remember a way to a womans' heart is through her stomach.....hehehe.You can ask her in a nice way of course with respect.....ask her if she is not busy and if you can ask her for a date.that's how simple it is...
