OK, so I have a boyfriend and have been thinking about ending it. However, a co-worker that I have had a crush on for a number of months has finally been talking more with me. Well, he knows about the current situation with my bf and has been spending lots of time with me. We have fun together and it's awesome. However, recently we ended up doing some stuff. Not sex... but very close. It was hot and awkward in the same instance. So, in the morning he acts a little awkward, but is still nice. So, I wonder if he will call and whether or not I should see him like that again before I officially break it off with my bf... Im so confused because I have been with my bf over 2 years and now I like this other guy as well which isn't helping. Any advice?

Sounds like maybe you have been thinking about ending it with your bf because of your interest in the co-worker. It sounds like the co-worker is confused as well.
These situations just never work. If your employer finds out, you could both loose your jobs. Most importantly, you will have probably broken your bf's heart. I think you should ask yourself deep down, why you became disinterested with your bf and finish that relationship before you enter another. It's the right thing to do.

Oh this is a bad idea. Having a relationship with someone you work with may seem like it is great, but if it doesn't work out, you will find yourself in a really uncomfortable situation. I made the mistake once and it was bad. Trying to avoid the person was almost impossible. We did work together for another 6 years, but it was awful sometimes.
Think twice about it before you go any farther. Also something to find out about, is if your company has a policy about this kind of thing. Some companies don't want to have couples working together, but it may be for only married couples. Best find out about that.
Good luck!

Break up with your boyfriend. Don't rush into anything with a new guy, and spend some time ALONE! Why do women run from one man to another? It's not very healthy. The best way to find a good partner is to be comfortable by yourself.

Simply say: "ok, u need to really just shut the fook up about it already, It wasn't that big of a deal, move the hell on n get a life". Simple. Or even the best thing id suggest is that, let him yap and just totally ignore him. Only answer him if its work related. See now u know not to do that again, he's being an As*s. You R worth all the respect, but respect yourself 1st.

You are human. It's not a big deal to find others attractive. But that was temporay lust and nothing more which is why nothing happened.
You obvioulsy felt some remorse for what almost took place. You really need to time apart from this new guy.
As I see it you really have not provided a good excuse to break up with your current boyfriend. So stay loyal to him.

Thats why even dating a co-worker is morally and ethicly wrong. Keep your personal and business lives separate.
