For one thing, watch now much your eating , and what your eating. Stay away from all those goodies, i know it sounds really hard, and it is but after a while you get use to it, and it really doesn't bother you anymore not to be putting out money for all of the goodies that gives you those extra pounds. You really get so you can go without them. Even once in a while you may buy one, but it will not be like every day, 4 times a day. Plus you need to find out what food is going to give you those nausty fatty cells that you will have for the rest of your life, sure you can get them to go down, but they can go back up even quicker, so you really need to watch what you are eating, and how much, and make sure you drink a lot of water, that will help too.

Exercise and proper dieting. Try eating two meals a day, say by eating dinner and breakfast only. Maybe take snack during lunch. You can also try drinking a glass of water before each meal. Dsicipline is the key. Exercise by jogging three times a day and walking every other day.

Get with your doctor on a safe diet and exercise plan. Skip going to the trendy fitness club and look at joining the local "Y" and speak to one of their fitness staff. With your schedule in mind, set aside some positive work out time, geared with exercises that will allow your body to burn calories long after your workout, so you can eat with a bit of ease.
Stick to the plan and diet and monitor your weight each week. In time, you'll see where some fine tuning in your diet and workout schedule is needed. With a bit of sharp focus, you'll do fine.

Don't listen to the friends. They mean well, but are not expert dieticians. Go for a balanced diet that keeps u in a balance, where u look underweight, but actually u are just close to the correct weight.

You need to eat sensibly. Contact your doctor, they will be able to work with you about getting a good diet plan, or join a health club, and they can do it also.

Learn what the foods are that are good for you. Many websites lists the healthiest foods and the ones to avoid. Good luck. I know you can do it.
