How can I get downloaded video to display right side up in Real and Windows Media?

I recently reinstalled XP and Real Player (free) and Windows Media Player. (I rolled back to version 9 from 11). Now, almost all my videos play upside down...and I've got a crick in my neck!

It's probably a codec issue. Check what video codec those upside-down videos use. Just reinstall your codecs. I suggest K-Lite Codec Pack and Real Alternative Player for real media files.
