My cat constantly tries to climb one wall in our house. Keep in mind - There is NOTHING on this wall. He just tries to climb it or jump on it. He also likes to groom a fuzzy pillow I have.

My one cat is a manx, a rumpy, and so she has no tail what so ever. So with that, she chases her one back leg, and in the effort of doing so she would spin around like a top going so fast that she turns into nothing but a gray spinning blur. When she catches it, she would start to bite it and lick it. The look she gives her back leg when it gets loose of her grip, is like the look of death. She is a little bit of a psycho cat, when you call her name, she looks around the room to see where that voice is coming from even though your right in front of her. Despite her wild and crazy tendancies, she is the sweetest cat.
The one other cat is a male one but the weird thing of it is that he is fixed. He goes after the one female cat (Lyrissa) trying to hump her, who was in a shelter since she was 4 months old and so she has no idea what he is trying to do but thinks he just wants to play. The other female cats were old enough and had kittens before they ended up in the shelter and they just look at Lyrissa like she is crazy. Well, anyway, the male cat, Boris, when Lyrissa takes off running wanting him to chase her, he not only chases her but jumps and goes spread eagle midair and lands on her back. She just rolls over and starts beating the crap out of him. Boris is somewhat of a wuss and dares not try with the other female cats. Since the 2 other ones are either a solid mass of muscle and fat (Bionca) and has command of the house and the other one is just plain psycho, the one from the story above (Janie). Everytime he fails with Lyrissa he would give out a loud snort noise.
Blondie- My male cat does the same thing, before he goes to take a drink. He stares down at the water, while running his paws back and forth. He does it about 4 to 5 times and then drinks. The other cats would just get impatient and shove him out of the way. So when its his turn again, he does the whole thing all over again.

heh, all the time
one thing thats pretty weird about my cat is that he does this little "dance" before he drinks his water. It's like he's pawing at the ground, except his paws go back and forth. If you interrupt him, he always has to start over again :) It's cute.
he also LOVES running water. well, he loves water in general! if I let him into the bathroom after I've taken a shower, he'll lick the water off of my toes/feet/legs. This can be uncomfortable if you've just shaved :) he also loves to watch me change my betta's water. and lick off any water that might be around the area after I'm done. I've decided its OCD :) lol

My cat made a burrow in the rag bin in the garage. She likes to sleep there. She dragged alot of the rags out of the bin before she went in and made a "nest". She is spaded- the only thing that would make sense of what she does is if she was looking to have kittens- but that is not the answer. Just a silly kitty i guess.

My cat likes to sit in front of the computer monitor when I'm on the computer, it's his way of telling me to get off the pc. My cat likes the sound of running water, when I'm in the shower he sits outside the tub, when I run the kitchen faucet he comes running into the kitchen. When I scoop out his litter box he will bat the box with his paws.

My male cat like to hump the pillows on the living room couch. He is neutered so I don't know why he indulges in this behavior but he does it frequently. I've been meaning to ask the vet about this. I would ask YAnswer readers if their cats do this also but I'd probably get dirty answers.

My Kitty loves to cudle with me while I'm trying to read a magazine or a book. He will also go in front of the T.V and paw the screen. When he plays with his play mice, he will do front and back flips. It's too funny to watch.

My cat will be sitting and taking it easy then will take off zooming around the house and then return to almost the same place she was and take a nap.
She also likes to get my attention by tapping me with her paw.

This might not be so weird... but it used to crack me up. My cat, Sweetie, would "scratch" (She's declawed) on the door to come into my bedroom but I would stick my fingers out under the crack in the door and she would start swatting at them. Eventually she would start sticking her white paws under the door and swat for my hand. It was the cutest thing!

Everytime I do my ironing my kitten will get to the laundry hamper and steals a fresh warm towel, drags it accross the room and sleep on it. It's annoying but cute the same time!
