I feel yes...
Look at your operating system made by Microsoft....
Microsoft never allow to see what is going inside windows....
everything hidden.... it is not like others Linux, where you can see what is going inside... you can see the codes.

"Where do you want to go today?" Remember that advertisement?
I think it was really supposed to say, "This is where you're going!"
Nah, just kidding!!!!
It would seem that some people might get that impression, especially if you don't remember other operating systems (CP/M, etc.) But believe it or not (that pun on Ripley was intended!!!), there were other systems to use not so many years ago. There was a company named Digital Research that used to do wonderful things but for some reason (and some suggest that reason was MS), it finally folded and ceased to exist! Since there "seems" to be a plethora of MS applications and operating system, and they do have 90+ % of the PC marketplace, it is only natural to assume that Mr. Gates and party is "running-the-show." Happily there are other systems out there notably APPLE and my all time favorite, which is beginning to 'dress-up', LINUX. There are also other operating systems for the PC but, I'll let you look for those on your favorite search engine(s). Happy hunting!

BTW, a direct answer to your question is, NO!
