I have been walking almost every day for 3 weeks now. when i first started i was doing a lap of 2 blocks (both quite large) and it was taking me about 40mins. now ive worked my way up to doing 3 laps of the same block but in only 20-25 mins (obviously im walking faster). Will this 25mins do me as much good as the 45? or should i still be doing 45 a day?

i would say stay with the 45 mins, but go like 4 or 5 laps. just do as many as you can for that set amount of time. this will give you the best results.

Congrates! Being able to run longer in a shorter period of time are the results of your training! If you are hoping to burn some calories or train your muscles, increase the intensity of your run bit by bit.
