No, there isn't.
This is a hardware , not a software issue. It appears you have a DVD RAM Drive, these cannot wright DVDs, you need to buy a DVD-R or a DVD-RW drive, if you shop around, you can find one for US $50.

please do yourself a favor by buying a real DVD burner driver

You cannot do a burn unless the player is a burner, no software can chnage a non-brner to a burner
