DOES ANYONE HAVE SOME GOOD ADViSE ON HOW TO LOSE A FEW POUNDS WiTHOUT DiET? i HAVE A FEW POUNDS i'D liKE TO lOSE...i GUESS YOU WOUlD SAY BABY FAT....AND i'D liKE TO FlATTEN MY STOMACH BACK TO THE WAY iT WAS BEFORE THE BABY. ANY GOOD "AT HOME" EXCERCiSES????

Do some crunches, sit-ups, and even pushups. Just do them regularly, and eat right! You'll be there in no time :)

(I believe you can if you put your mind to it!)

the set of exercises
1. crunches like sit ups
2. oblique crunches using your oblique muscles on the sides
3. lower leg lifts lifting with your lower abdomenal muscles
Start with 2 sets of 15 reps each. If this is easy then increase the sets. You can also use the parymid technique...adding weights and doing less reps until muscle fatigue I think eating all meat and dairy and fish and that is it will burn off all the glycogen in your system and start burning fat. No carbs or you will replinish the glycogen.

you can do all the cleaning yourself and do a Lil ab workout at home and can use a skipping rope as well,walk up and down from the stairs
i think that would be enough to loose few

Eat healthy low fat foods, drink lots of water, and do sit ups. That works for me.

yOU JUST NEED TO EAT LESS OR EAT SMARTER (CLEAER FOODS) THAN YOU'RE EATING NOW. eAT LESS, EXERCISE MORE, AND YOU'LL BE FINE. iT JUST SOUNDS LIKE YOU'RE IN THE SAME POSITION OF MOST NEW MOTHERS. a LITTLE EXTRA WEIGHT, BUT NOT A REAL MASSIVE ISSUE. yOU WON'T NEED TO CHANGE MUCH. sOME PUSH UPS, BODYWEIGHT SQUATS, LUNGES - ALL SORTS OF BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES CAN HELP YOU CRANK UP YOUR METABOLISM AND GET THINGS MOVING AGAIN. pEOPLE WILL SAY CRUNCHES - THAT'S GREAT, BUT YOU NEED BIGGER MOVEMENTS THAT WILL GET MORE MUSCLES WORKING AT ONCE.

hello robert, try going for a jog, start with a walk and then gradually move up to a light jog around the block.
