I have been popping pimples, zits, and blackheads for 23 years or so, and now after popping I have gotten a few red spots on my face with little red lines coming out of it, which I assume is a broken blood vessel. Does anyone know how to repair this problem?

Thanks.

Good heavens, quit popping zits!!! The little red lines coming out of it sound like you may have forced the pus(infectious goo) down into the skin and into a capillary bed. Cleanse it thoroughly, do not touch it, and try a little neosporin on it daily. Be forewarned that you may have scarred your face!

See a Dermatologist if you are 23 and still bothered with pimples. Do Not pop them. You will cause permanent scarring.

Yes. Drink lots and lots of water. Make water your main drink. In the morning take 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and mix it with water. Do this in the evening as well. You just need to clean the toxins out of your body. Apple cider vinegar is amazing. Look it up on the websites.

You need to see a dermatologist for help on that. In the mean time try using vitamin oil in the capsules.
