u mean to say he passes motion irregularly and only twice in a week and no bowel movement daily??
if tht was wht u meant then try to modify his dietary habits.
make sure he takes lot of food containing fibre.
vegetables and fruits must be a part of his daily diet.
make sure he drinks plenty of water too.
avoid junk food stuffs.
most imoprtnat make sure that he maintains regualr diet schedule. all meals should be taken at regular timings.
the above are general suggestions for constipation.
and they should help.
and u can consult a doctor to rule out any other underlying digestion problem and for advice on some medication to improve ur child's bowel movement.

Give him Isabagul with water every night before he goes to bed. Initially you will have to give a considerable quantity but can reduce over a period of time. It is a natural fibre and helps to clean the stomach. No side effects, So try and have patience.
Besides that teach him some breathing exercise and tel him to sit in VAJRA ASANA. This may also help simple stomach problems. Don't worry its going to be just fine. Try these

This is not a major problem so don't worry. give your son one apple a day (contains lot of fiber), give him lot of water.
5 minute he should walk after every food. if all these things do not work ask this qst once again.
