I wnt to give the notepad a name or title when it'l be opened?

i have opened the Notepad.exe from my VB6.0 project. When i open it, i want to give it some title. This i have to do runtime. Also, i want to save that .txt file at a particular path. How can i give the required path?
please help me

Create a txt file in the path under the name you want.
Then open Notepad with that file path (can be done by Shell command).
